Shipping policy

All shipping costs will be covered by the collector. Prices will vary depending on region and size of artwork purchased.

International customers are responsible for all import Duty and Taxes prior to delivery. Depending on regulations of your destination country your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the country of delivery. This will not apply to all countries. Ólöf Kristin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless stated otherwise.

If these taxes are not paid and the item is returned to sender then the customer will be responsible for the additional costs associated with reshipping.

You will receive an email with an order number when placing your order and another one when your order has been dispatched, this will contain a tracking number.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure all personal details are correct such as delivery address and contact information. If there are any errors in this resulting in return to sender the fees for redelivery will be covered by the customer.
